First Aid Refresher

This course is ideal for keeping your first aiders up to date. It is suitable for people who have completed the EFAW or the FAW courses.

Managing Incidents Basic Life Support Control of Bleeding Examination of a Casualty Unconsciousness Treating Shock Under Current Guidelines it is “strongly recommended” that first aid trained staff attend a half-day update every 12 months – before completing full re-qualification training at the three year point

This course allows for re-certification of First Aid at Work qualified staff. It is normally delivered over two consecutive days. Note: Learners attending this course must be in possession of a valid First Aid at Work certificate which is not out of date by more than 28 days
